Refugee & Newcomer Support
At GreenHill Dental, we proudly support newcomers and refugees. While dental coverage can vary depending on status, many refugees in Ontario qualify for provincial health programs including Healthy Smiles Ontario (for children) or OHIP eligibility in some cases. We work closely with families and welcome any supporting documentation to ensure access to the care they need in a compassionate setting.
Healthy Smiles Ontario (Children’s Dental Program)
GreenHill Dental participates in the Healthy Smiles Ontario (HSO) government initiative, offering free preventive, routine, and emergency dental services to eligible children and youth under 18. Services include:
- Cleanings, check-ups, fluoride, sealants, and X-rays
- Fillings, extractions, and emergency care
- No-cost treatment for children from low-income families or those receiving Ontario Works, ODSP, or other qualifying programs
